Conference Registration Refund Policy:

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or in writing) to the Thinkershub or click here to apply for refund.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

​

  1. If a cancellation request is received more than 60 days before the conference start date, a 75% refund of the registration fee will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.

  2. If a cancellation request is received between 30 and 45 days before the conference start date, a 25% refund of the registration fee will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.

  3. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the conference start date, or for no-shows.

  4. Substitutions: If you are unable to attend the conference, you may request a substitution by providing the name and contact information of the substitute attendee in writing to the conference organizers. Substitution requests can be made up to 7 days before the conference start date, and no processing fees will be charged for substitutions.

  5. Processing Fees: All refunds are subject to a processing fee of $100 (USD), which will be deducted from the refund amount. 

  6. Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the conference organizers may require additional information to process the refund.

  7. Force Majeure: In the event that the conference is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the conference organizers, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events, the conference organizers reserve the right to modify the refund policy accordingly.

  8. Special Circumstances: In case of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations, the conference organizers may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  9. All Refunds will processed and paid out after two weeks of conference completion date.
